About this Garden Plan
Converted in-ground and raised beds to Greenstalk vertical planters and grow bags. 2019 - 2025 Constructed two 8x16 polytunnels as season extenders. Due to erratic weather patterns and seasonal fluctuations, I now grow in 8 Greenstalks in polytunnels as well as hydroponic tomatoes in rockwool slabs and potatoes in grow bags. I do grow indeterminate cherry tomatoes and a couple green peppers in raised bed shared with 42 sweet corn plants. Gardening tasks is greatly reduced, timed fertigation (water/weak fertilizer) applied daily. Harvest yields have increased substantially and growing under protective cover has made harvests reliable. Crop rotation is eliminated with soilless grow medium. My gardening has moved to the next level.
