About this Garden Plan
This updated plan details what I have planned for the area that has been weeded so far (as of June 4). Planted the potatoes and asparagus today. Trenched 24 asparagus plants in 3 rows in the NE corner (to be permanent - used 2 bags of fertilizer here). Then put in 3 rows of 8 Pixie potatoes and 4 Rows of Red Perfection potatoes) on Eastern edge. Made an aisle (with flags) and then planted 1 row of 9 Rosy Red, 1 row of Potato Mix (5 yellow = north, 4 blue - south) and 1 row of 9 Potato Mix Red (all the above from Greens Eggs and Ham), and then 3 rows of 9 of the Agria from Poplar Bluff. Thats 56+54= 110 potato plants. I have yet to put in the tomatoes, borage, peas, carrots, beets and beans. Have to make sure we have irrigation (ie: a hose) in place for that : )
