Garden Plans > 2014: Southeast Asian Garden
Some of the most delicious cuisine in the world comes from Southeast Asia. Try planting these varieties in separate raised beds or containers this year and soon youll be able to cook up a feast!
Thai chilis and peppers are like most peppers, they love the sun! So make sure to reserve your sunniest spots for them!
Holy basil and lemon basil are just two types of basil prevalent in Thai cooking, but feel free to experiment with more!
The greens such as Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage, and mizuna are very versatile. You can eat them raw but also cook them such as in a stir fry. Dont forget the stems are a delicious part too!
Mustards are great for spicing up salads and adding a kick to a stir fry. You can also sauté, steam, and boil them!
